Removal - Fire hearths

Theres nothing worse than a concreate slab on full veiw in a room that has a perfectly sanded floor. Redundent fire hearths can be removed and floorboards reinstated to the degree that its an invisable repair. We charge between £150-£300 for this service depending on the size of hearth and how much replacement wood is needed.

Removal / Replacement of Damaged Boards

Before we sand any floor, we do a full inspection of the floor. in particular we are looking for damaged and lose boards. All damaged boards will be replaced using real reclaimed floor boards. We will endevor to fit floorboards of the same quality and age where possible which is 95% of the time. The charge for this is £3.50 - £4.50 per ft fitted.
